(Thin pepperoni)
Defrosted on car journey Saturday and kept in fridge ?
Strangely Google seems to think I 've cooked one .Ate some and want to keep the rest forever

Personally I wouldn't risk eating it. What does it say on the box? Usually its something like "defrost and use within 24 hours" not 5 days later.

Why nar. Additives in the sauce, folk eat mouldy cheese, pepperoni is dry cured and lasts for yonks.
Just check the base for mould really.

It's a pepperoni pizza ffs. If the bread and cheese ain't mouldy it'll be absolutely fine.
