pics not showing

A poster has said pics are not showing in 'Bambergate' thread on 'youtube'. Does it make a difference if the pics I have uploaded to posts are from a private album on my profile? I have now made this album public btw.

Do mods on this board ever bother to pm a poster when a thread is either moved or deleted? It would be canny to get a heads up rather than just being left to realise that someone has waded in with no explanation.
