 I was stood next to you. Another lad knocked himself out on the metal post. There were bodies everywhere.

That stand should be used as the example for safe standing.

I'm trying to upload a video

Were you mate? You're not the lad I covered in blood are ya :lol:

Its far too steep that stand like, will happen again.

Aye it was mate, knees and shins a bit sore today. Nightmare that had it happen a few times, usually in Greens back in the day when every away game was shown. We had to leave early yesterday to get a taxi to the station and heard a massive cheer when we got a few feet away from the ground.
It's Sunderland, what did you expect! All seriousness it was a right kick in the knackers though. All lads were saying we can go on and with this then owld Paddy's heed gets in the way!

Aye true!! Is that what happened? I still haven't even seen that goal back yet. I never ever bet on us but stuck a tenner on us double chance yesterday as well!

They were complete helmets like. Giving it the big one after the last minute own goal after they were silent all match

I rather stupidly offered to take on a couple as they were giving it the big one after going 2-1 up, stood next to the barrier and asked if they wanted to come a bit closer. I'm no big lad at all and I'd have probably got my head kicked in but they didn't seem so keen to give it big after that, mind I was lucky not to get lifted cause I've seen lads go out for less

Celebrations when we scored were great like, some poor young lad behind me was balling his eyes out as his leg was bleeding like fuck, hope I didn't do it

 it's what footballs all about though, character building for the young lad

Aye the City fans to our right were reet bellends as well (lower tier). Spent the whole game obsessing over us, their faces were an absolute picture when we equalised and they stood and just watched us. It's Manchester so you expect nothing less, a city full of edgey bastards.

Could only hear our lot on the telly even before the goal. Even the commentator said how quiet the City fans were.
I was joining in down here in the pub. Nearly took the roof off when Defoe scored. For a football watching pub, they're bloody quiet, but I showed them how to do it. Got a fair few drinks out of it too.
