I tend to follow players that have been linked with bigger clubs, I guess quite a few do that. I also search for football manager wonderkids. I'm no super scout, but what I'm doing seems to be working for me

Just got to keep an eye on young players getting mentioned a lot in the media as that increases their value. Gets you off to a good start, then if they go on to live up to their expectations, bingo!
Basically a stock market for footballers!
