Phase One Ticket Refunds

If you have a season card and are eligible for a refund for the home matches which haven't been played, can you claim from today or is this only for people who have bought individual mach tickets for those matches?

My reading of the club statement was that you could claim for home matches- whether this was an individual ticket or season card- from today. I assumed the Season Cards phase (phase 3) was for those people who had bought a season card outright for next season and wanted a refund.

Has anyone successfully claimed for a refund for last season's home matches off a season card?

PHASE ONE: Home match tickets – 6 July ‘til 17 July
PHASE TWO: Away match tickets – 27 July ‘til 7 August
PHASE THREE: Season cards – 17 August ‘til 28 August

I actually received my refund for the Shrewsbury home game individual tickets a few weeks ago, it just appeared in my bank before any of this was announced.

Still hoping they credit my account again though, anythings possible with this lot!!
