The Hastings Hill although its right on the outskirts of pennywell probably only a few feet away from actual pennywell itself. looking at the map its propbably classed as grindon.

Chuk wasn't his real first name but everyone called him Chuk, he hung out with the Upstarts in the late 70's so people around that scene probably know of him.
