Payslip tax NI advice

anybody clued up with tax /NI ?
Been checking daughters (no) payslips and I’m sure she’s paying too much tax and NI ? she’s only a low earner at moment . Anyway I can find out for sure ?

Net pay 950.20

This month included £175 Xmas bonus
So, gross pay 995+175= 1170
Tax 42.50 (128 for year so far )
NI 58.80 (378.30 for year so far)
Net pay 1069.00

What's the tax code?
If she hasn't given them a p45 from previous employment she might be on BR

Tax & NI works out around 30%. The differences in net pay is about that

That’s correct but they’ll divide it by 12, they’ve possibly seen her bonus and assumed this is her new salary and calculated as such.
