The lad has done canny as a manager - Barnsley in particular, but failed at Leeds and Hibs. Did the job he should have done to get Sheffield United promoted - they had the money etc. This season was predictable and is an indication of how things might go if we get promoted and spend no money so he'd have a short shelf life.
