RTG Passwords and email addresses

Can I ask everyone to make sure you know what your password is and also check that your email address used to register for the forums is up to date (https://www.readytogo.net/smb/account/account-details).

I am still receiving several emails a week from forum members who have forgotten their passwords and have changed their email addresses since registering.

We can only send a password renewal/confirmation request to the email address currently on file.

When someone emails me from a different email address asking me to change their email address or password on the account, I will not do this as I have no way of verifying that it isn't just someone attempting to "hijack" the account.
