Saw him listed as 14/1 for our job and wondered who he even was.
A Quick Look on wiki shows he has spent most of his career as a player and then manager in Holland even though he was born in England.

After retiring from playing due to a knee injury he started work on his coaching badges.

He started as an Academy Coach before being promoted to head coach.

Some of his quotes would certainly fit our model.

"The club and I already had similar DNA. Logically, I support that philosophy. I am aware of what it means for me as a head coach. When you lose your best players every season, that is something that many coaches, I assume, would not want to happen.

"But this is our way.

"We understand that the Eredivisie is a league where young players show their skills and then move on. The players we bring in arrive before they are on the radar and before they have reached their full potential. It is challenging but it is exciting."

He is proud at the large amount of Academy players he has brought through and then gone on to sell.
He keeps shirts with players names on who go on to make it big and says he has a large collection.

If KS & KLD have read about him I am surprised they haven’t signed him up.

A head coach who takes pride from selling his best players on!

As long as he has a high saying of ‘alignment’ per 90 he’s in with good chance.
