He started off managing in the Atletico Madrid academy before joining Juventus as assistant manager of their academy then assistant coach at Arsenal. Not exactly based off one decent save on FM.

Yeah I know his story, but I'm hardly being serious in that he played the game and got a job am i :rolleyes:
