Is the Sunderland parkrun always this warm?? I thought I lived in the north east not Spain ???

Just done the Whitley bay one. Brutal this morning !

It was Whitley's 250th Park Run this morning, and it was rammed!

Thats my local one. I havent run it for a while since the change in course.

Ladies record was broken today too.....

I normally go to rising sun which was rammed today as well
