bit tight at the start but only for half a mile or so, once you're on the fields it opens up a bit. I'll probably be there.Might try Durham's on Saturday, weather permitting.
What times are you doing atm? Just so I know whether to give it a few weeks or not.bit tight at the start but only for half a mile or so, once you're on the fields it opens up a bit. I'll probably be there.
I'm just taking it steady atm. 9 min miles. Not really pushing myself over winter, waiting for it to warm up a touch and will try to add a bit speed. What times are you doing atm? Just so I know whether to give it a few weeks or not.

It is mate. Feels a bit dodgy running across that first bridge mind. The smart lass quota is more than a bit higher than Sunderland's narl.Alright once you get on the fields ain’t it? Didn’t bother today, just did 3 miles round mine
