Imagine trying to get the thickies to tell the time. Come on manIs there a bit of nuance to be applied? E.g plenty of P&C spaces free and about 9pm. When presumably most toddlers who would necessitate using a space are in bed and not being dragged to the supermarket?
Except you don’t really do you. You just claim to do it on a forum where people won’t confront you. Bet you f***ing stinkI'll often park my bike in them just to rile up the lazy drivers.
Yep.When you’ve got nee kids with you. Bit of a twats trick isn’t it?
I do too yet still manage to get some knacker parked so close to the door I have to climb in via the passenger side.I never use them, I always just park at the far end of the car park where none of the fat, lazy, self entitled sweaty messes that populate this land ever go.
Range Rover/X5 etc. 'VIP' spaces, they are.It really should be signed parent and baby.
If the child is capable of walking 20 yards and isn't in a car seat then they shouldn't be using a bay specifically designed for parents that struggle with prams/pushchairs and car seats.
Its a joke that a parent can pull into to one and get out with their capable 8 year kid and let a parent that desperately needs one use a normal bay.
It isn't policed at any supermarket anyway so any bugger could use them.

This is what I meant to say.I never use them, I always just park at the far end of the car park where none of the fat, lazy, self entitled sweaty messes that populate this land ever go.
Your car's a shitheap.Aye that’ll be me mate
Yep.
See it all the time.
Or people with 'kids' who are 15 or so, so therefore don't need the extra space.
Even worse then. They should park further away for the much needed exercise. What if its a really fat 15 year old?
Probably shouldn't be taking the car. What if its a really fat 15 year old?
It’s an awful shop. The lines on the crossing aren’t clear and those plastic square speed humps are right beside it which doesn’t help. Really dark in the winter, needs more lightingThe extra width is useful to get bairns strapped into car seats. They don't need to be right next to the doors, but a safe walking route to the store door is useful so you're not crossing roads in the car park.
Team Valley Sainsburys is terrible for people being oblivious to pedestrians and driving over the zebra crossing right outside the front doors.
You ever tried to stop a kid flinging the door wide open when parked up?Never seen why child parking spaces are necessary anyway
