Parking in a child parking space

Is there a bit of nuance to be applied? E.g plenty of P&C spaces free and about 9pm. When presumably most toddlers who would necessitate using a space are in bed and not being dragged to the supermarket?
Imagine trying to get the thickies to tell the time. Come on man

Is this a euphamism for Jimmy Savills and his mates?

It really should be signed parent and baby.

If the child is capable of walking 20 yards and isn't in a car seat then they shouldn't be using a bay specifically designed for parents that struggle with prams/pushchairs and car seats.

Its a joke that a parent can pull into to one and get out with their capable 8 year kid and let a parent that desperately needs to use one park in a normal bay.

It isn't policed at any supermarket anyway so any bugger could use them.

I never use them, I always just park at the far end of the car park where none of the fat, lazy, self entitled sweaty messes that populate this land ever go.
I do too yet still manage to get some knacker parked so close to the door I have to climb in via the passenger side.

I normally park as far away as possible from the supermarket doors, loads of spaces and you don’t get some idiot opening the door on your car. Takes all of 2 minutes to walk to the shop.

Range Rover/X5 etc. 'VIP' spaces, they are.

The extra width is useful to get bairns strapped into car seats. They don't need to be right next to the doors, but a safe walking route to the store door is useful so you're not crossing roads in the car park.

Team Valley Sainsburys is terrible for people being oblivious to pedestrians and driving over the zebra crossing right outside the front doors.

It’s an awful shop. The lines on the crossing aren’t clear and those plastic square speed humps are right beside it which doesn’t help. Really dark in the winter, needs more lighting
