Parking in a child parking space

The ones at my local Sainsbury’s are further away from the door than the blue badge ones, but right next to a covered pathway that leads directly to the door. I don’t have to walk across anywhere where cars are going to drive.

Although you’re right, people complaining about parent and child spaces are just whinging for whinging sake. Mate, you really don’t want my kids running out in front of your car. It’s better for all of us if they’re close to the door and I don’t walk in front of you.
Some will twist on 21.

I used to.

I don’t mind people doing that, it’s tits that let their passengers squeeze in rather than get them to wait till after they’ve pulled out of a space that’s a problem.

I told my daughters ex boyfriend to wait till I’d pulled off the drive one day he ignored me and dented the door on the porch window sill, he was always quite timid around me after that.

You can have an accident wherever you park, it's one incident that in my 76 years have never witnessed.
I hope the next time you’re trying to get to a space in a supermarket car park, that you’re stuck behind a small child trying to walk from the back of said car park to the door, picking up every single pebble on the tarmac on the way because it looks like Spider-Man, mammy, look.

They are for kids who can't walk too far, helps them to keep the weight on. I had kids before there were kids parking spaces...there were no problems.

Scrap them.

What a weird take on things. I’m not sure how taking 100 less steps in a supermarket car park once a month will negate the 5 days of dancing a week my 6 year old does mind

Are you alright? Wishing ill on someone that has a minor opinion that is irrelevant is a bit nuts mate.

That's me on the left...why not model a voodoo doll on my image and puncture it on a daily basis 🤣
Read the thread. None of it is difficult to understand.

I’ve never seen a plane crash. I hope they’ve taken safety precautions before I jump on the next one
Are you and Heels Bells on the same drugs? Chill out man, I really don't mind where people park.

ps. I wonder if these spaces were designed to attract more customers ;)

Make the spaces non dancers only...everyone's happy 👍

Called some woman out on it at Roker Lidl the other week like. I'd parked in a normal space as I didn't have the bairn with me.

After putting my trolley back she was filling up her boot, on her own, asked her if she knew it was a parent & child space she was parked in.

"I do yes"
"Just you've not got a child with you that's all"
"Erm, erm"
"..."
"My husband and child were with me when I got here but they've gone somewhere else"
"Yeah course they were"
"Why don't you mind your own business?"
"Have a nice day"

Selfish cow

Morrisons in Birtley is the worst for this. It's so the shop lifters can make their quick get away

Forgot to mention...I don't suffer from impatience, so kids picking up pebbles is just a part of life to me. You get mad at silly posts, but I never get mad, so the ill wish thing is a waste of typing really.
