Park and Ross

If they are using the DOF role properly then of course he will.
not sure the dof has any say on who tthe manager is at liverpool or southampton for example..the southampton dof model is hthe dof is in charge of scouting, medial, academy and kits, so everything that isnt the first team.

It won't be up to Park. Park won't be his boss. If anything, Park will work for Ross
You really don't understand what a DOF is. Forget what we did with De Fanti and Congerton the role of of the director of football is to get everything aligned from scouting through first team and into all academy sides. He will put in place a style of play and that will run through all sides the scouting will be focused on players that not only we need but fit that style of play and academy players will know the role they play and exactly what is expected of them in that role so it will be almost seamless when they step up. He will also be in charge of looking for potential replacement managers who also have the style of play and ethos required.

Liverpool is different but both Swansea's and Southampton's are

It depends on how deep the new owners want to go with the DOF/Head Coach "model". IMHO JR will not be answerable to John Park

another job to a nobody from the highland league,we are not learning from our mistakes, scottish folks have ruined this club for 2-4 years and we keep goiug back for more

It'll only confuse matters if he does still join, especially if he's crap manoeuvering into his bay.... 'ey J son.... Park'... Will shout a frustrated steward.... Leading serial bed wetters that overhear to believe we've signed a Korean....

But neither of those people had any say in appointing manager or anything

John Park won't be implementing a style of play like
