Parents give 12 year old boy puberty-halting drugs

It's the parents job to defuse this type of behavior, not encourage it. Let's say for example, the kid enjoys punching other kids in the face or eating his own shit. You'd stop it and educate the kid why. I'm not saying there are not instances when people genuinely believe they are born the wrong sex, but for many and especially at that age, it's just a fad. Imagine your parents backing you up and actively supporting this? Poor kid, fucked up parents.

At the time we started research, we tried condom retailers on several high streets, including pharmacists and supermarkets, and we could not find any on sale that were suitable for a girth of over 5 inches, or a girth under around 4 inches. I went in to a few pharmacists and tried to have conversations with the staff behind the till, telling them the exact size of my penis and asking what they had that would be suitable and safe to use. Without fail, although very professional and polite, and unembarrassed, they were at a complete loss to recommend anything to me. Many condoms had no indication of the size of the product inside. At best they had the nominal width, which no pharmacist was able to translate into an actual girth. Many pharmacists (including male pharmacists) did not seem to be able to grasp that condom girth was a more important factor than condom length in regards to fit and safety. As a control, we had a female go in and ask for advice on tampons and sanitary wear, and they had very long and detailed conversations with many recommendations.

Since we did that research, there has been some improvement in the issue of ranging of condom sizings on the high street. For example, Boots now stock slim and large varieties of branded condoms. The range is still very narrow. Incredibly, until a couple of months ago, the US medical authorities legally restricted the range of nominal width to a very narrow range (much more narrower that the range permitted in EU. I think the total range in the US from largest to narrowest was about 2mm!

Condom fit is probably the most important factor in successful use of a condom as a contraceptive and protection against transfer of disease. Condom comfort is probably one of the biggest factors in uptake of use. When we are putting such effort into promoting condom use I think that it is important that we do it right without shying away from the realities, and that is why I thought it was deserving of a documentary. Even as it stands, 99% of medical staff and pharmacists are completely unaware that there is no condom in the EU or US that is approved for use for anal sex. These are quite important facts, and ignorance of these things is leading to people who think they are taking adequate precautions becoming infected with diseases.

I see, some casual homophobia. Here is a question for you, what if that was my motivation? I would rather be a gay taking it up the arse than be an ignorant bigot trying to put down someone for shining a light on something that could inform and educate people about their personal health and sex lives.

There may be the makings of some interesting Masters-and-Johnson style research there but in among that wall of text you seem to show dismay that PHARMACISTS don't seem to be very well educated or informed about the blobs they sell. The clue's in the title. PHAMACISTS study PHAMACOLOGY and since a blob is not a PHARMACEUTICAL it's not within their purview to have acquired an extensive knowledge about blob sizes. Sure, they're on sale largely in pharmacies but I bet there's loads of other non pharmaceutical items for sale in their shops that they don't know much about either.

No he hasn't, at least not in this thread.

He mentioned penis enlargement devices.

While that could include cock pumps it doesn't need to be a cock pump.

Penis enlargement devices are cock pumps?

Can't say I'm clued up on penis enlargement devices tbh. I've never had any complaints about mine and wouldn't be arsed if I did anyway.

It's how you use it that matters

My experiences in penis enlargement devices are limited to adverts on porn sites over the years, you brought up cock pumps mate so I assumed you were clued up. :p

I can't help but think if someone has a 1 inch micro penis it doesn't matter what they are doing with it.

I wondered why you were called Big Pete.

You could rub the clit with it lol that's about it I'd imagine

I should have expected that accusation. If you want to resort to that, it is up to you. At the end of the day I am not going to not make the thing because people like you can not tolerate people talking about medical issues like this without trying to turn it into a literal dick swinging contest. I think I am beginning to get the resolve to finally make the sodding thing now.

What a bellend.

That is not correct. Dispensing pharmacists are supposed to be trained to help advise on matters involving sexual health and contraception. All dispensing pharmacists are supposed to be able to give contraceptive advice.

You must be doing a copy and paste job then and not even realised what you've posted

I have no idea what you are talking about. I never mentioned penis pumps.

Correct. I was referring to the product known as Size Genetics (I think the main patent ran out years ago, there are many knockoffs). This is a kind of harness traction device thing, that as far as I can establish, the owner is recommended to wear up to 8 hours a day. My understanding is that it was originally designed to help sufferers of Peronies disease, and other scar tissue related deformations, and I believe that at least at one stage it got medical approval for this use in the US. It is also approved as being medically safe in the US. It is hard to find actual FDA or EU or UK medical approval for the use of extending penis length. There are a few doctors that give sort of oblique suggestions that there may be positive results in this use, but it is hard to find empirical evidence to support that.

There is some suggestion that the device works primarily in the short term by causing suspending ligaments to stretch, causing an apparent increase in length as the shaft hangs lower, but after discussing it with a few doctors they have said this not likely to be possible to cause any change with the erect penis length as that is not how the structure is put together and works. So then the most likely reason it may appear to work would be because the corpus cavernosum is actually stretching under tension, which again raises more questions than answers, because we do not see much anecdotal evidence of the size receding in the long term when use of the device stops. This is counter to the expectation as it would have been the expectation as it should be treated as damage repaired according to genetics.

At the end of the day, it is 2017 and there is a wealth of information on how a woman can make her breasts larger, but men are still getting emails in their inbox every day encouraging them to take snake oil pills that do nothing.

Is this written down somewhere and accepted in the code of medical ethics for pharmacists (or whatever) or is this just your opinion (maaaaan)?

On the subject of small knobs ...
I saw a documentary a couple of years ago about a lad who believed he was below average in the trouser department due to his bird telling him that before she dumped him, so he went on a world wide quest to make it bigger, taking pills, visiting a shaman, cock pumps, daily 'exercise' etc. ...
It never got any bigger but he ended up copping off with the lass in the fetish store. No idea if it was curiosity on her part, or a pity shag, or if it turned into a long term thing.

Maybe she had a small knob fetish?
