I'm not talking about the atmosphere they made
it feels very forced and artificial. Cant knock the fact they make noise but its just so very un-English.
Controversial!!Once again showing English football how it's done
Have they ever been here noticeably?
And having a go at our disabled fans.Aye throwing things at opposition players, a real beacon of hope for English supporters everywhere.
The English way tends to be very quiet nowadays
Preferable to a drum and continental forced atmosphere.
And that isnt strictly true
Always exceptions to the rule of course but the rule is that the atmosphere has been getting worse in the vast majority of English grounds for years
Judge a teams support on their away following. Palace's is shite. They'll probably only bring about 1000 up here.
hoying things at players taking corners is s 1970s
Thats the thing about Palace though. It's novelty. It's their first season back in the Premier League and theyre all cock a hoop. If they stay up and have four or five seasons of struggle it will quieten. Very similar things were said of Stoke four or five years ago and the atmosphere is as flat as a fart there again now.
Atmospheres at the bread and butter games are largely poor but most clubs supporters raise their games for the big or important fixtures.
Palace's malarky is a fad. An artificial fad.
paper golf ballsunless they're golf balls. That's very late noughties
