Crikey I've just encountered a lightbulb moment!!

Regarding beanz on toast, the beans should be enriched with butter, black pepper and tomato ketchup stirred in to give the sauce a creamy consistency. Tabasco too if it's your bag.

Once the beanz are on the toast, a couple of fried eggs on top completes this easy and tasty tummy-pleaser!
