Overnight Oats

Anyone tried any decent overnight oats recipes?

All the ones online are full of flouncy shite like cashew nut butter and the likes.

I also eat no fruit.

Was thinking about using whey to flavour it, but is there some kind of timescale whereby whey needs to be consumed once mixed or it’s not effective?

I am sure that there are recipes for adding whey to stuff on the myprotein web site.

Also the Bbc has loads of meals, last resort is joe wicks lean books there might be something in those.

Coco berry oats

125g rolled oats
600ml coconut water
60g protein powder
You won’t want the fruit but he lists honey.

Oats + coconut water in de pan, simmer medium heat. Stir.

Cook 10 mins or until porridge thick and creamy.

Remove from heat, add whey powder.

Serve topped with honey but not fruit because you don’t eat fruit.
