Over eating

Sometimes it's a mental health thing. You're not actually hungry, you're craving the pleasure you get from eating stuff like crisps, chocolate, cake etc., because everything else seems so bleak.

I misunderstood a work email and made a mistake at work. I apologised and went back to fix it today. After I'd done it, the woman sent me a patronising email back saying she was sorry that I difficulty with reading and following simple instructions, so she was removing me from the project going forward. Her attitude really pissed me off so I ate a load of chocolate. Now I feel shit for scranning a load of chocolate 🤷‍♀️
Sorry to hear that and my commiserations shipmate. People like that boil my p**s. We all make mistakes, which is all part of learning. Hope you soon get back on track.

Fat bastard^

Nah seriously I could eat til I’m sick most days, pasta especially I could munch forever. I am a f***ing pig like.
Same here Rakey.

Scran is to be enjoyed to the fullest.

That said I need to slim the fuck down as well mind

Part of the problem is the way the Brits eat. You see foreign folk having a couple of mouthfuls, knife and fork down and bit of chatting. And repeat. Brits shovel it in, rarely pausing for breath, never mind conversation. So by the time the brain says I'm full their guts are bursting.

Another point is the as much for as little mentality. Got to get your monies worth. You see people at carveries with plates absolutely stacked. Forcing the bait in like it's some sort of endurance competition.

Despite the username, I’m actually not a fat bastard.

One thing I’ve never understood is people who carry on eating when full. It’s not enjoyable to me at all. I eat for sustenance obviously, but also enjoy food

There’s nowt fun about feeling absolutely stuffed. Or is it just me?

Had a curry on Saturday. Was full but kept eating until I nearly burst. Loved it.

What gets to me is when people make portions of food and then pile the guests plates high "just to use it up" when it'd happily keep for days.

I can’t stand people like that Becs. We all make mistakes.

Best not to bite back. She’ll get her come uppance somewhere along the line.

Go steady on the Galaxy.

I love my grub like and sometimes do feel full but have to finish it cos its rude not to

I am attempting to lose a bit of weight these days though

Im with you mate, as ive getting older though i looked back on my eating habits when i was young and dont think i had a healthy relationship with food, i ate decent food and a good diet but just very small portions, still not a massive eater now, approaching 40 and 11st and 10% body fat. Remember Sunday dinners especially when early teens I couldn’t anything if the plate was piled high with food
