thanks for this heads up....i was looking to book online and a few mins later my letter came through the door...appointments now booked !

Then a few hours later I got a text and email from them to say they had cancelled it and to ring 119.

I did that and they said they haven't cancelled it

The site doesn't hold the appointment for you when you choose it (like how buying concert tickets you get 5 mins to put your card details in) so try and fly through the site as fast as possible. The dates in the NE go in seconds
