Is anyone involved or know of any teams looking for players for next season? Durham/Sunderland area

Wanting to dust off the old boots/calipers, and start playing again.
 


Not exactly convenient for you, but if there is anyone in the Canterbury area with a similar request, let me know. I know of a few different groups I can get you involved with.

It might be worth posting something in the 5-a-side forum. If you are just after fitness, I find 5-a-side fantastic. Some 11-a-side games, as a defender I can go long periods of marking a fairly static attacker pushing a high line. But in 5-a-side the ball is never out of play so I charge about like a loon.

Go on sunderland and district over 40s and see if there's any near you ,
Premier league level is really good
