Do we know why the steward walked up to the fan and ,unprompted, called his family member a name?

It is more of a family thing now. We have one of the largest numbers of female season ticket holders, some of which don't want to hear it. If told to stop, do it, or you can't complain. Behave like a civilised adult in the correct companyThe sanitisation of football continues apace;I've never felt more detached from the game as I do now. It's a 'business' before a sport these days, give me back the Roker days any day above what we have now. Banning swearing would be almost unenforceable, half the crowd would get slung out at the SoL,we have lots to swear about....the most commonly heard word being 'shite'!!!
No-one begrudges the odd swear word, however there seems like a large contingency of so-called fans seem more interested in drinking as much as possible prior, during and after the game together with spouting simply pure filth and scummy language, while we have kids, women and decent, law-abiding folk frequenting the games and club.It is more of a family thing now. Sat next to bloke last week who couldn't get a sentence out without dropping in at least one "F" word...much to the disgust of the 20 or so around him who perpetually asked him to keep it civil and evntually complained to the stewards about him.
Cattermole i'd guessWho was the lad swearing at?
I'd have a lifetime ban, personally like

I swear every match without a problem. I wonder if there's owt else to add to the story, there usually is...........
This you ?I remember being at Roker as a young kid and asking my Dad what a 'wagner' was.....he just said it's someone who supports Newcastle.
Why did the steward launch an unprovoked verbal attack on this poor lad?
Just seen that on Twitter, it's embarrassing.
I assume that STH is in the South Stand, do the anti swearing/speaking team monitor the West Stand? I think not...
This ^
Fuck off man. The women can be just as bad.
Two or three lads in the last row before the walkway in the south stand were told to sit down and the steward complained me and the lad beside couldnt see.
we hadnt said a word and one asked if it was ok to which i replied "aye we havent said fuck all" next thing the steward shouts a copper and theyre kicked out.
Some old hag of a steward gets a notepad out and made a note of their seats so i would imagine action taken against them.
