I see he is part of the England fast bowling camp over the winter following his "sacking" from the top WI job. Only temporary and subordinate to Kevin Shine whilst Saker has a rest. Got to be worth getting involved permanently

I think he is going to be involved permanently. Otis was at the Annfield Plain CC presentation night a couple of weeks ago and it was mentioned then. Neil Killeen is of course well in with the England setup, very well thought of, and has been down this week with England @ Loughborough.
