O'Shea has a pop at the board

Complains about sacking managers but went crying like a f***ing girl to sack Paolo and get his ketchup back, was it the board or the managers fault when he was f***ing pathetic and gave in against Southampton, Villa and Palace? The bloke is a f***ing charlatan.

Good post that and agree

JOS is spot on.
Everyone involved at the club, including the board must take their fair share of the blame for recent failures.

But now its time to look forward and get it right this time.
And im really hopeful that Advocaat can get guide us to a much better season then the last one.

Oshea was one of the main reasons we kept so many clean sheets in the first half of the season. Southampton aside (who were hitting chanpions league form at the time), we had one of the better defences in the league.

The problem was after cattermole and Seb there was literally nothing in front of them. Nothing to win a game or bring a game back.

The board hasn't invested enough or wisely. Blowing our budget on Rodwell when we didn't really need anyone for that position was a joke... We seem so afraid of being like Newcastle fans that no one dares criticise Ellis short and the board. Truth is its a miracle we've stayed up the last few seasons with the shite we've been putting out up top with no backup

This

The bloke was a f***ing lunatic. There's a difference between discipline and being a total idiot. The fact he completely isolated Lee Cattermole when he's clearly our best centre midfielder then and now shows how much PDC actually got it wrong.

How sad is that ?

Yeah JOS it's all the boards fault, hows about in reality it is the boards fault but it is also your fault, along with the rest of the players...f***ing pathetic man blaming the board, take a look at YOUR team mates

Exactly what i was ganna say, Paolo might have had a bit longer if him and his half whit marras just done as they were told in stead of throwing their toys out the f***ing pram.

Where does he or any of the players take any responsibility in that piece? Typical response from Mr Rent a Rallying Call while blaming every fucker else for his and his teammates shortcomings, we know we have signed too many and sacked too many managers but to totally absolve themselves is laughable.

Yeah but he slagged the players off to the press so there's still some on here who think he's some sort of God-like genius.

O'Shea as a signing has been a pretty big success I think, especially against our average.

The player turnover is one thing but I think new signings worry more about changing the manager and the "system" every year. Maybe I'll start well, then Neil Lennon won't like my face or won't play wingers or whatever.

Whatever the reason, in the main we've obviously done a terrible job bringing players into the club. I think the amount of expenditure/investment has been average, though, not terrible. The money doesn't go far enough.

The players inability/refusal to perform regularly for each manager has caused the lack of continuity and cost Ellis millions.
