Can anyone recommend any good ones for entry level photography??

If I were you, I'd start out with the books written by Scott Kelby available on amazon

I read the first one and found it to be excellent value. I know others on here would agree. I also looked at courses and found that spending time with the camera getting used to the settings etc was the best way forward (for me anyway).

I was going to post a link to talkphotography! beat me too it!
Great source of valuable information to a beginner like me, got a good trading section too, although you need to be active to sell stuff there anyone can buy.
