Looking from the outside in, there has been very little improvement in players once they reach the first team, and those that have i.e have improved because of working with different players (benkinstein, di venuto) or different coaching setups like the England lions. Lewis and Walker have very little impact on the lads there. Most of the credit in house goes to Geoff, John and Neil.And no credit is due for the improvement once the players hit the first team?
