I missed out on one last night because of work hours change.
Tonight though eggs from hens that roam around freely, Onions, mushrooms and extra strong cheddar cheese with a bit of oregano.

Love them but I'm not very good at making them - I always get loads of watery residue (from the cheese I'm thinking) and it pisses me off.
