Could there not be different rules for different things then?

you explain them then - all by DD, all over 12 months but different frequencies.

I'm not the one saying you need to be registered and a credit agreement to have a DD over 12 month.

You can have a DD to pay your bills at our place without signing a Credit Agreement, as yet no one has explained why SAFC appears to be different.

Clearly you know more about it than Quinn and Walton then and you should give them a bell to explain they are wasting their money becoming registered and setting up a load of new systems and training the staff.

So I take you don't know either.

I can't and clearly nor can you.

No, but the club chairman and a bloke who has worked in Barclays football finance for 20 odd years do.

That's good enough for me.

Horseshite, some bloke in Seaham knows much better.

Barclaycard have a deal on for season tickets, 0% interest for the life of the balance, so if say you were incredibly poor /tight you can pay the ST off over 12 months until your due another.

Because SAFC would be offering you credit if they let you pay an outstanding amount over a period of time. What you are comparing to is a government regulated industry. A season ticket is a fixed amount from a company completely free of government involvement. Are people serious suggesting that SAFC should offer twelve month interest free options for season cards? They would have to raise season card prices just to put the infrastructure in place to handle that kind of system. People would more than likely cancel after a poor result

'Hello this is SAFC, we have received notification that you have cancelled your direct debit.'

why don`t you flog your computer, get your mam to cancel the broadband and use the monies to buy your season card.

I don't have a computer, my mam is not in at the moment, actually i have not lived with me ma for 25 years, and as said on numerous times, safc can fuck right off....

Then again, I might just change my mind if I wake upmin a good mood....

The club's totally without blame. Its good for those who kept faith and signed up early, they should be rewarded. those who didnt sign up early cant expect to have the same deal as those who renewed in april.

Why not get an interest free credit card just for the Season ticket. Buy your S/T on it, set up a standing order payment and cut it up straight away.

Same difference innit?

Suppose it is really, mind you if I have to sign anything and post it, am not buying a stamp....

Aren't they offering me credit now like.

I've had my golf paid my DD before and missed the first couple of payments due to joining late and paid the shortfall and started paying by the earliest next date - I wonder if that was a government regulated industry.

Why not take Beagle's coin to get him up to date and then let him pay the next two payments by DD - not over 12 month (even though no one can offer a reasonable explanation as to why that makes a difference like).

Why do you think it's madness to offer 12 months interest free but 10 months is OK?

Mind you the greedy get should have the coin down the back of the settee (are we still on for friday ;))

We are rewarded - we get it last seasons prices.

Get lost with your slavver about committing to the club earlier, who said I had to that, I only asked the question if I can pay by DD and they said no, so they can stick it..

Well what you doin on here telling everyone here? Nee one cares cos we already bothered reading about season tickets when they were announced & those who wanted to take advantage of the DD, bought em early.

So why even post such a pointless whiney thread about it.

So I can read your whiney replies......off to bed, your mams taking you to the beach tomorrow...

SNQ missing a trick here in my opinion, big adverting campaign of 0% interest free would grab a lot of the stay aways.
