############OFFICIAL MATCH THREAD- SUNDERLAND VS BURTON#######

Did tiy see their 2nd goal? Hume #33 could have easily got back ahead of their #27 but didn't bother his arse!

No f***ing excuse at all for that, all down to just how much winning the game means to the player!

Shocking from Hume. Looks like he's lost the players already

I've had 4 cancers and a heart attack, plus a hospital acquired pneumonia when they talked about amputating my legs.Last year I fell down some stairs and woke in a lake of blood.
But I reckon at 68, with all that behind me, I'd still have more penetration than this team.
Parkinson has to go. Maybe the owners will give him a transfer window and if they do, more fool them.
First match in 1961, been following them ever since, but that was awful.
As bad as it gets in the second half. Tomorrow I'll listen to his post match comments but if he doesnt say ' Sorry, I underestimated the challenge and hands up I'm out of here,' he's a spineless chancer.
Your time is up Parkinson. Take what you can that's been gathered by coincedence. But just leave this club.
Pele without his Viagra endorsement probably has more penetration than our team!

Anyone saying it's the fans not getting behind the team obviously wasnt there tonight. Got a full 20 mins of chants and they scored. That shit deserve ever bit of stick they get.

Feel bad for the likes of Onien, Hume play their hearts out. It's just unfortunate they simply aren't good enough.

Watch Burton’s second goal tonight and tell me you think Hume was playing his heart out. He watched a forward trot unopposed into the six yard back while he jogged. There’s a difference between playing your heart out and pretending to.

O’Nien does. Hes just lacking in ability sadly

Great post, mate!

It got me thinking- this City has a history of backbreaking hard graft. Shipyards, mining and other industries where people grafted themselves literally to death. Work related injuries, slow deaths from miner’s lung, hands covered in callouses from a lifetime of honest, hard work and long hours for a pittance. Then there’s those who’ve fought in wars...

These players, barring maybe three or four, should be made to face our older fans who’ve experienced what it’s like to work in horrendous, toxic conditions with no protection from being maimed or crippled, working for maybe two or three years for what these pampered bastards earn in a week.

I’m wondering what I ever saw in professional football, pampered, lazy fannies putting up two fingers to all the good people forking out to pay their wages. This bunch of players should hang their heads in shame and give a chunk of their wages to a local charity. They haven’t earned them.

If the rumours are true, he will get £250k as a pay off, f***ing hell man, what are these 2 jokers thinking about, I dont think they will sack him, I would, but whoever comes in would have the same shower of shit until January.

McGuire brought on as sub, was that for his energy levels and pressing?

Leadbitter and Power in Midfield to keep it tight? That f***ing worked well

O Nien playing f***ing everywhere
Is that all. £250k-I would happily chuck twenty quid in the collection to start it off.

It was nothing short of disgraceful. He either wasn’t fucked or was too tired. Or both. He’s managed to pull the wool over some eyes that he put a shift in as well.

The players aren’t very good but they grafted for Ross (He still had to go however). Based upon results, Leadbitter’s comments about splits and lack of effort like Hume showed tonight, the players are absolutely not with Parkinson.

It was so obviously such a poor appointment on a number of levels

If they are not working for the manager they are not working for the club. Fuck every last one of the lazy bastards! they are not fit for purpose and not good enough for this club.

NO. We needed a roller to flatten the divits.
Is that all. £250k-I would happily chuck twenty quid in the collection to start it off.
Then again NO cos it would only save Donald money!

Does anyone remember when Blackburn and Blackpool etc had shit owners and we all felt sorry for the fans of those clubs???
Wonder if anyone feels sorry for us yet.
