I believe him about KlD, absolutely no evidence he wants these shares

It would just be more money wheb he always has the controlling stake

It’s disappointing but it’s the reality
It’s clear KLD doesn’t want over 41% stake at the minute like, bit of a shame but it’s where we are.

Just got to hope whoever gets this additional 39% are serious, and not just another set of chancers. We’ve had enough of those types during league one.

Aye I don’t think there’s a chance these crypto guys get it, or there shouldn’t be if there are proper rules in place, but Tom white is just reporting what is happening there.

This is the worry, I don’t think you are gonna get a big player who will have to fork out for money for 39% of the club but have absolutely no say

It’s going to attract chancers who wanna ride on the coat tails

This is my frustration with KLD. I’m disappointed in him. Others will claim it’s some lint battle with Donald, it’s working etc, but for me it isn’t and this will continue to be an issue

He doesn’t wanna commit which is sad

The state of this man.

Up there with, if not the most negative poster on the board he really is. Slowly started to notice lately.

Posters like Jsdftm and Nelford get dogs abuse for being negative, but at least they say what they feel. The poster you’ve quoted hides behind sarcastic responses and goes under the radar.

Not just on football either, it’s everything.

Anyone who is happy for literally anyone to buy the other shares should be questioned like

He doesn’t want them, you’re trying to suggest he does but I don’t believe he does at all

He has total faith the EFL not letting cowboys buy that other 39% but we know that’s not reality

I’m disappointed in him in all honesty

And I absolutely don’t trust satori, and neither should you, who we suddenly accept has being a good owner
TBF he's the one who said he does

Yep, they don’t have the money to complete the deal at all, it’s not like they can use the parachute money.

It is worrying that anyone can just make a daft offer to Donald & Methven and it’ll get accepted without background checks.

TBF he's the one who said he does

Has he? not from what I have seen, majoryt of his quotes anyway

I admire your positivity, but I think the key Dave Jones quote in his interview as something along the lines of that success this season has come despite the ownership structure, not because of it.

I'll take your word for it and I hope you are right like

I just think the situation is messier than you make out thats all

It might be unrealistic but I honestly think if KLD isn’t prepared to buy more shares the best long term solution is if he sells up too. It’s going to be far too messy moving forward having people with all these different stakes.

He said it via Davison when the share thing kicked off and I'm sure @KittenMittens said he expressed an unequivocal desire to get the shares at a price he deems appropriate in a RAWA meeting.

It's undoubtedly messy - and there has to be worries that this will impact us. But I really don't understand why people are saying that it shows that he's not committed to SAFC. While he's made mistakes, we've got an absolute wealth of evidence from all of his day-to-day actions (and the general improvements we've seen in the way the club operates since he arrived) to show that he very much is.

Ah ok fair enough, yeah rings a bell, you get the sense thats not going to happen this season, again maybe I am wrong.

I wouldnt go as far to say its not showing he is committed, but I guess I am just a bit disapointed personally that he could be at Wembley, see those scenes and the mad potential of this club, and not think, yeah I need to take control of this club

You'll see he can already do that with his voting share, fair enough, but he really could just put all this to bed

I think we are such an attractive target as a club, I really dont get why he doesnt just do it, if he keeps running the club well all the shares will be worth loads more in a few years

I think it would work fine if all the partners are in agreement with each other with similar wealth and ambition. Unfortunately we have 2 billionaires with 61% and 2 who can’t match their financial clout. That is never going to work and it will only hold the club back.

I’m interested to know why Satori only wants 20% stake in all of this. He could easily take full ownership off KLD if he bought the 39%.

Was slagging off people for renewing their season tickets a couple of months back. "Part of the problem".

I mean wad ye dare.

Yeah of course. But I guess he must think that every penny he keeps from Donald and Methven is more money he can put into actually improving us. Add in a healthy amount of bad feeling, and allegedly a sense that they hid stuff from him when he initially bought in and I can see why he's willing to sit tight. If he truly believes that the only people who will be able to buy a share will be people who can afford to service it then he's probably comfortable enough with spreading the load (the same way most PL clubs do as we've seen). Now that puts too much trust in the EFL fit and proper tests for my liking I'll freely admit. But equally, I'm not the one who has tens of millions and a full-time career worth of effort riding on SAFCs success.

Doesn’t surprise me.

I’ve known nothing like it. Everything is just constantly cynical.

Elon musk could buy us and put in 5 billion, and he’d still be a chancer, or trying to ruin the club.

I think it was anything but unequivocal to be fair, he said he was "open" to it, didn't like the sound of it at all.
