I almost bought my sofa from them last year, but after doing some reading online (much of it from ex employees), I steered clear.

Of all places, Harvey's outlet store on Wessington Way got my trade. A £3500 sofa for about a grand because it had one tiny mark on the back of it - the bit that faces the wall!

A £3,500 sofa??!! What’s it made out of? Unicorn hide?

John Lewis probably don’t even price their sofas that high.
