Very astute by Eddie pulling out of that Harrison deal. 35m is ridiculous money. You can have all the money in the world but it doesn’t mean you throw good money after bad in the case of wood.

Desperation in January forced that upon Eddie but he clearly has no intention of letting that happen again and no need to in the summer transfer window.

Not letting clubs hold you to ransom will show others that you can’t add an nufc tax onto transfers. Very sensible management imo
Desperation in the January transfer window?

Your club have set the standard for ‘desperation’ so in fairness you would know about desperation.

So desperate were you to get rid of Mike Ashley you happily championed the merits of being taken over by a regime with a horrific human rights record.

19th position when he signed. Below Watford and Burnley. If that’s not desperate I don’t know what is.

Plan was clearly to weaken a rival and sign someone to play up front against Watford a few days after he signed as Wilson was injured and no recognisable striker in the squad.

Desperation meant paying over the odds but it worked a treat. Premier league survival confirmed and that transfer fee nothing compared to what relegation would have cost

Why did you pretend to support Sunderland?

Why do you keep ignoring this question?
He’d get on with Phillip Schofield. Tells the world he is one thing for years but he was lying to everyone.
Imagine that's your dad. Lying about who he supports on a message board

I know you like swerving the question, but …. Why did you spend 8 years on here pretending to be a Sunderland fan?

That is genuinely weird and worrying behaviour

Poor lambs have set up their accounts and logged on here for a good chuckle over the last few months, but now they seem to be getting very prickly and upset instead.

Just don't come on here if it bothers you that much lads! Why not use that time to try and work out where Staveley and the missing charity money have disappeared to?

You pretended to be a Sunderland fan for years, even though everyone knew you weren’t. Your opinion counts for absolutely nothing you sad bastard
