Notifications from RTG

to my android phone have stopped working following a recent, and what appeared to be massive, software update from Samsung.

I have a Samsung S21, with Chrome as my browser but I access the site via the RTG app.

The phone appears to be otherwise stable and other notifications seem to be working ok.

I've tried all the suggested fixes from online sources but to no avail.

Anyone else having this problem and if so any fixes?

I'd suggest going into settings|Apps|Apps (or however you do that on a Samsung phone) and checking notifications are still enabled for the "Ready To Go" App if you haven't tried that already

Yes, I have done that already.

I've just tried something else involving pop ups, of which I previously wasn't aware, so I'll if that works.*

Edit: * It didn't.


I'm seeing this message in preferences and no matter what I do, I can't seem to change it.

I uninstalled rtg app and reinstalled same which seems to have done the trick.
