if you've can get sorted for the way back i have a spare going down Saturday Morning 7.22 and getting into Peterborough at 9.51, then 2 hours from there to Norwich.Anyone got any spare train tickets or no where I can get some reasonably priced ones?
Best way to get down from Sunderland?
politics & economics, now that would be a ridiculous coincidence![DOUBLEPOST=1394638696][/DOUBLEPOST]What are you reading mate? There's a chance I've marked some of your work...
All the bars on POW Rd are shite, unless you're a student!
There are plenty of decent pubs in the city. Most popular match day pubs are obviously Queen of Iceni on riverside.. The Coach & Horses on Thorpe Rd just 30 seconds from the train station. It has its own brewery so plenty of decent ales to choose from! There's a few on Yarmouth Rd too as you head out from the city.[DOUBLEPOST=1394486849][/DOUBLEPOST]
Always 2 hours from Newark to Norwich.

I do agree that most of POW is awful, but it depends on the kind of thing you are looking for, I'm talking mainly about places like 'Kartel' and 'karma cafe' rather than 'mercy' etc... but thats for a proper night out, in terms of pubs i avoid POW entirely![]()
I definitely haven't then. I'm based down at the John Innes Centre and do some teaching work for the School of Chemistry.
Also, Karma Kafe is my favourite bar/club in Norwich! Fantastic place.
Any good in there pre match?I definitely haven't then. I'm based down at the John Innes Centre and do some teaching work for the School of Chemistry.

Any good in there pre match?
never been during the day, but it doesn't strike me as the kind of place that would show a match. I'll try think of some good places, but it won't be hard to find somewhere, especially if you look round the city centre (its only little)Any good in there pre match?
Norwich is my nearest PL away ground so it's a reasonably cheap day out for me. Easy to get to, some good pubs near the ground, decent stadium with Delia's catering and never a spot of bother. Just a shame about the performance last year.
Me too.Got mine confirmed, probably my last away of the season depending on what day the Man United game is.
Any good as an away day? Gonna apply today but never been here before and was just wondering if it's a decent away day. Normally would just apply but after going down to Hull yesterday i'm a bit hesitant.
Wonder if he's going next week..Logon or register to see this image
