Northern Echo alleges "Prem interest in 4 of our players"

Budgets didn't do Watford and Norwich much good this year.

Next year should be an attempt at automatic promotion, we proved this year we can compete and without horrendous injuries we would have ran it very very close

I think automatics is a huge ask like

You are right on Norwich and watford but that hasn’t usually been the case

Playoffs would be another unreal season for me

Leicester are going down,if Iverson was a good keeper why not keep him.
If Patta moves on it will be a higher up move who picks off another team. Like spurs going for Martinez and Villa looking for a keeper. And that's if they pay big money.

Roberts could be a player we may actually have a bit of an issue keeping as he's only got a year left on his contract.
Good. It’s a sign we are doing things right as a club.
We’re gonna lose players. It’s just a case of getting good money, and replacing them well.
Plus, it’ll encourage other talented young players to want to sign for us, if they think it’ll improve them as players, and possibly signed for higher placed/bigger clubs.
It's important we don't sell too early though. I'm not sure we'd be getting huge money for Patterson and Neil yet. A couple of years time could be a very different story.

The northern echo are jumping on nixons story saying we are expecting interest in a few players

Patterson - Wolves/Leicester(want to include iversen in a deal)
Clarke - Brentford
Neil - Wolves/Palace
Roberts - Prem teams

Interesting summer coming up
We'll be playing Leicester next season in the league

Absolutely yeah, never seen him receive criticsm at the games at all. I’m struggling to think what more he could have done in his 2 years in professional football. He carried the midfield this year, it was a remarkable effort. He’s a major reason for our success. The club obviously agree to as they have him a new 4 year deal. It’s like the club is all based on youth now, and developing players, and you have people saying get rid he’s not good enough. It’s mad.

He ain’t going so it’s probs not worth the effort talking about it.

Bellingham comes in then it’s more so we need another midfielder, I think we do as evans probs be best his best when he comes back
I actually think 09 should be considered an option for midfield (as well as CB,RB,LB etc). Im also a massive massive fan of Embleton (he also gets a tonne of shit on here totally undeservedly ((the lad literally scored the goal to take us into the championship and should be given so much more praise than he does)) If we’re playing 433 think he’s ideal and should be considered (fit all season he get 8-10 goals and same assists for me)

Neil
Ekwah
Embleton
Bellingham
09
Evans
Rigg

Actually think that’s ideal personally. Only position I’d be looking at is the obvious 1, a couple of striker, maybe a massive CB/ DM type who’s 6 foot 4.
