Single parenting next week so we’re going to do the Funshack in Benton, £27.50![]()
Aye, that’s the one.Is Fun Shack not in Benfield? We goto Round the Twist in Benton, daughter is only just over 1 like. Have a small sensory area and baby softplay for the u2's. Then a big area for bigger kids.
Sounds like you were pissed to me
The Fun Zone at Langley Moor has the best food in a soft play I’ve found. pizzas, parmos and things like that you wouldn’t be disappointed to be served in a proper pub or restaurant rather than the a soft play.
Cheap as well, £1 for adults £2.50 for kids
its a few years since we've been to a soft play area with the bairn, but she always enjoyed round the twist the most of all the ones we visited. i've a vague memory of some trampoline park (are they still a thing?) we took her to up that neck of the woods that she enjoyed anarl. We goto Round the Twist in Benton, daughter is only just over 1 like. where is that? think that might have been the trampoline thing she really enjoyed.Jump 360 through tunnel
I wouldnt dream of dropping my bairn off at a party and knicking off likemiss these places like a hole in the head
used to have the bairn's birthday party at the one in Seaham years ago. Was f***ing horrific when the kids got to the age when their parents would drop them off and gleefully fuck off and leave you in charge of their little darlings.
one year, had 20 of the buggers and when we got up to the party room we had lost one. Me and our lass swapped nervous glances, and I flew back downstairs two stairs at a time to retrieve the lost child. Got into the main room, and at this point, it only dawned on me that I had no clue what child I was looking for in a warehouse full of children.
Full blown panic was about ten seconds away, when a little lad started pulling on my arm asking where everyone had gone
not my finest hour
Longbenton. It’s trampolines and bouncy castle.its a few years since we've been to a soft play area with the bairn, but she always enjoyed round the twist the most of all the ones we visited. i've a vague memory of some trampoline park (are they still a thing?) we took her to up that neck of the woods that she enjoyed anarl.

said bairns are all in their 20s now. They survivedI wouldnt dream of dropping my bairn off at a party and knicking off like
Millie's the one at Concorde? Canny that one tbf, always like the little tuck shop outside. Very old school.Don’t think we’ve done this before, so Ha’way, for those of us with little brats to entertain, where’s decent.
At Millie’s Magical Garden now, tenner for 2 kids. Decent value.
Single parenting next week so we’re going to do the Funshack in Benton, £27.50Cheeky bastards are charging me £2 to get in. It’ll be the same prices for Seaham, Gateshead & Stockton.
Aquatic Centre & Silksworth are canny for minimal admission fee.
Fun Jungle in Sulgrave is canny, but a bit on the expensive side & they're arseholes about taking your own food & drink in. To the point there’s signs saying you cannot take water in for your child. Fair enough if you’re taking a picnic.
Go Bananas down Seaburn. Shithole, don’t bother.
I’ve dropped mine at the church for party and nipped for a few pints opposite a few times.I wouldnt dream of dropping my bairn off at a party and knicking off like
Aye, it’s a decent size & a nice & cheap option.Dragonflies is a good one, not as manic and crazy as some of of the others as it's quite a bit smaller inside, but still decent soft play facilities.
Not strictly soft play, but the bairn loves that bounce castle place over North Shields, next to the Royal Quays. Get an hour slot and just got over massive bouncy castles and slides the whole time. It's decent like.

It's a generational thing I reckon marra.said bairns are all in their 20s now. They survived
I only nearly lost one, once![]()
I second this, not the cheapest for an hours allocation like but they’ve always enjoyed it.Inflataspace Newcastle is a decent one.
Not when he was small enough for soft play but it's the best thing about parties now.I wouldnt dream of dropping my bairn off at a party and knicking off like
I worked part time when the bairn was small but I didn't drive then so I'd jump on the bus or Metro to take him down the beach for a bit on my days off. If the weather was shite we'd go in Go Bananas. Talking about 8/9 year ago now and it was shite then.Don’t think we’ve done this before, so Ha’way, for those of us with little brats to entertain, where’s decent.
