Has anyone ever turned to getting involved with smaller non-league clubs to cope with miserable patches in SAFC like now'?
Given things have never been as bad as this, I increasingly feel the need to look for something that can make me feel good about football again. There's no pride to be had right now.
Obviously as its just a amateur level that doesn't equate to "changing clubs" or "ceasing to support Sunderland" i.e I had read on here before a lot of people started casually following South Shields as they were fed up with "having their weekends ruined" by SAFC.
