Re: Kevin Nolan

A number of Mags I asked on Twitter and the like if they'd seen him play all responded with "aye, about 10 times" or "don't need to see him play, won the French double with Lille, says all you need to know about him". I've heard he's a good player, but whether he will settle and adapt to the football here remains to be seen. Like I've said, from what I've heard about him, he's more of a Barton replacement than a Nolan replacement.

they really are this thick though. f***ing johnathan greenings got a champions league winners medal alongside that bloody djordjic man united had. winning shit in a team means nothing if you havent played.

Year too late, why couldn't they have signed the cunt last summer.

Be getting good money and you know moving to London.

I thought he was a really good player for them last season. A bit of an odd one either way.

This.

That was probably the most stupid post I've ever seen.

Re: Kevin Nolan

According to a few skunkers, the rumour is Ben Arfa has come back half the player he was.

How would they know? he's never played a competitive match. Which Skunkers are claiming this?

He won't be missed that much given that Cabaye and Ben Arfa are 20 times the player Nolan will ever be.

No doubt they'll probably add a striker or two before the window closes as well. If they keep Barton then they're actually building a decent team.

He was their top-scorer last season and a pain to us. Good crack if he goes.
