No matter how much we stamp our feet...

Yes and winding themselves up .These owners will be with us like or not for the next few months or possibly longer ,lets all calm down and see what jan window brings.
and so will the players , and so will the manager.
That’s maybe the cause of the frustration , but we really can’t do anything about it.
However , it will soon be January and we can get some players in to improve the squad ( for a change ) .

Neglect?!
He sunk more than £100m into the club and gave us the longest top flight run we'll have in my lifetime. He then wrote off his debt rather than see us go under.

To be fair he was never getting the money owed to him back because of his own poor choices and that neglect. Hindsight and bits of info since probably tells us that not all the debt was gone on him leaving and the major debt to SBC was seemingly paid off with the wholesale transfers over the last few seaons and a few seasons of parachute payments, some of which was structured against the sale of the club and not available to the new owners as a result.

He's done the right thing, but there doesn't seem to have been any great gesture in paying money off as has been touted for the last few years - he's basically got out for the best deal he could, because the club was worth fuck all at the time.

We might not be able to bring in new players until January but I don’t agree at all that there’s nothing that can be done with the squad.

We can’t accept this level off effort/performance for another 6 or 7 weeks.

They need pulling into a meeting room this morning, being torn to absolute shreds, then being built back up.
Few of them are built up enough mate
