Nissan

Here's a hypothetical question,
What would be the best pay deal from these 2 options:
Yr1 £2500 lump at xmas, Yr2 £2500 lump at xmas, Yr3 £2500 lump at xmas and Yr4 £2500 lump at xmas.
or
Yr1 £1500 on Basic salary, Yr2 £1000 on Basic salary, Yr3 £1500 on basic salary and Yr4 £1000 on Basic Salary.

I know we don't do 4 year pay deals by the way.

Stand downs are a perfect way to get people to leave without paying them redundancy.

Don’t think it’ll be a lumper either as that would make people think twice about jumping ship to envision.

And its not going well in usa as you know numb nuts read the news
The failings inthe USA are not down to the man staff though, it's the incompetancy of the bosses in Japan and USA. Selling cars at a loss to make sales and an outdated vehicle line up with NO EV or HYBRID variants.
