Line 2 is being emptied all the way through the plant for this stoppage, I suspect it’ll end up being longer than a week and a half.

It would be a great time to set up a factory in the north east to manufacture those parts that are facing shortage around the world, wonder why nobody is bothering?

It’s not as simple as it sounds, you still have to source raw materials etc.
The problem we have is due to companies wanting lower and lower priced components they have almost put their eggs in one basket.

It wasn’t too long ago there was a semi conductor manufacturer on the Silverlink.
That’s Capitalism for you.
