Was pretty obvious the moment the vote to leave the EU was announced, now the grinning morons who voted for it can console themselves with "we have our country back" the whole leave campaign was constructed on lies and xenophobia by opportunist politicians like Boris de Pfeffel Johnson who never needs to lift a finger for the rest of his life and Farage who loves the country so much he spends most of time in America with his loony mate Trump.

So your mates brothers mate who is an engineer was in Tangiers last week looking for a new Nissan site which would be a direct threat to the Sunderland site but you know that it's been in Nissans sights for a long time?

Why would they send a buckshee engineer to look for a new site?

Can't see Nissan leaving the area. They're getting the incinerator plant deliberately built next to them like they've got in Mexico so they'll be getting cheap energy from there. They've got a strangehold on the area up here.

It was a democratic vote get over it. The fact that Europe's 2 other big nations (Germany and France) are crapping themselves at having to make the shortfall when we leave, should be a salutary lesson to the anti Brexiteers. Nobody knows how it will pan out in the future but I for one am glad we're going to leave. Nissan will use any excuse to go somewhere cheaper whether we'd stayed or not.

They already have a factory there employing 8000 people making among other cars the Dacia and the Sandero.
