Nice part of sunderland?

Whats ashbrooke like?
Loads of old Victorian Houses... lots turned into flats mind... but always thought it was a canny area and within walking distance of the town/metro... Ive only been back 8 months mind and Im rarely here during the week

Can't beat the old Edwardians. They knew how to build proper houses.
Wasnt sure there were many actual Edwardian buildings... mine was built in 1841 and has some Edwardian features.... its what I love about Sunderland to be honest

'Nice part of Sunderland' sounds like a logic bomb the hero of the Sci-fi film uses to defeat a tyrannical Google Maps when it becomes sentient and overthrows mankind.
