Feigning injury and diving at virtually every opportunity.

Get your cock out of his arse and you might be objective.

As football fans we have to understand that for some reason referees are unwilling to punish a player for "gamesmanship". I personally believe that it is ungentlemanly behaviour and should be clamped down on severely. However, as the footballing authorities seem to deem it acceptible, players will be expected to do it. It is now a legitimate tactic, Gary Neville admitted so himself. We have to learn to live with it, however unsavoury it may be. And as the young'uns see their heroes doing it, they will do it, so it is only going to increase until nipped. How bloody depressing. Even more depressing though is the confirmation that our footballing authorities are so out of touch with the supporters. If they were in touch the problem would have been stamped out long ago.

If he's fractured his vertebra like they say then he's going to be out more than a few days. I needed lumber fusion and decompression of the spine which means they operate joining your vertebra to another one, I.e. nuts and bolts or as the surgeons call it scaffolding. If they don't operate then it could leave his back at risk of major injury later on, meaning his spinal cord could be vulnerable, and putting his life at risk

Your injury and his are so f***ing different though so settle down

Everything that is wrong with football and the young generation right there in that post. Advocating cheating, saying it's fair enough if it gives an advantage, and mostly, if others are doing it then so should we. Nope, we should be leading the way to stamp it out, it's a cunts trick. Me me me generation.

Top post!

That'll be right you turkey. Before this tournament I would have agreed with you. However this tournament he has focused on playing rather than cheating. With your blinkers on you wouldn't have noticed. He's been brilliant. I imagine that you often, strangely find yourself agreeing with Joey Barton.
He usually plays fantastic as he's world class, sadly he still feels the need to feign injury and dive and sadly has continued to do so regularly at this world cup.

More the feigning injury than the diving mind.

It's my generation though mate I'm 21 and it's utterly shameful. I don't understand why this win at all costs mentality has crossed into turning the game into a mockery. The person I was replying to will never have a bad word said about neymar and messi mind.

How is it now mate? Would you like a cuddle?
I still fucked mate, went from being relatively fit using gym 5 days a week to been totally relying on our lass to get around, I can only walk a few yards using crutches, got a back brace from the moment I get up til I go to bed, and yes I could do with a proper cuddle, a man cuddle lol

Sorry to hear that fella

Big hugs. I would cup your balls as well if you fancied

All this to get the other lad booked?

Understand what you are saying. When England played Brazil last year he was appalling for diving etc. I am paranoid about diving and can't stand seeing a player as good as Muller continually cheating. Neymar for this WC has focused on playing rather than diving as he is Brazils only hope. He has really pleasantly surprised me. No doubt I'll get lambasted but I've watched him closely and he's been more like Messi, staying on his feet when he could have gone down.

I have a theory that some players focus so much on diving that they don't develop as players. Joe
Cole was undoubtedly very talented but got to the point where as soon as anyone went near him he'd arch his back, fall over and squeal. If he'd focused on developing his talent he could have been great but unfortunately cheating became a big part of his game. I hope Neymar sees that if he tries to stay on his feet he could get better and better. Unfortunately I feel, after the manner of his exit, he'll revert to the perpetual diving game that is ruining football.

Well said that man, couldn't agree more we all want to win but not at the cost of blatant cheating.
