Bain heading to glasgow for talks with that ex rangers player working in an ice cream van. Hopefully he can sell him ellis's vision for the club.

Someone with Zero baggage. A complete newby who has a vision for the club bottom to top. New coach with new ideas.

And wants to bring that vision for the club from top to bottom to this club where doing that will be all but impossible due to the state of the finances and situation with the owner.

Roy Keane was at the match today. He got up from his seat when Bristol got 2nd goal... Probably there to watch O Shea and McGeady, but would have him back

Someone unnattainable.
Funnily enough I think this is the best option and what we should have been doing instead of going for Grayson...going for a manger that hasn’t gotten a team out of the league is setting your sights low...we should have asked high and tried to go for a premier league manager...any of them would of done...all great with the benefit of hindsight though.

The shouts for Keane are good, imo one of the important things we need now is someone to come in and restore a bit of faith amongst the fans, someone who will be professional, someone who has some passion.

Tell yer what. Im not advocating I want him but Im being realistic here. Gordon Strachan, no compo needed etc etc

Think about it

And before all the wise guys shout ' IM NOT SAYING I WANT HIM'

Just being realistic

FTM

Not really, said before Grayson by all accounts is doing the absolute bare minimum and doing that badly. Doing ok with the 1st team buys you time to implement your ideas right through the club.

Sorry mate, my comment was based on the OPs previous thread title. Wasnt genuine. You are a huge sleeping giant in the championship that many managers should certainly be interested in. (Not piss taking either)

A refugee? It's an option.
To be fair, Red Adair, Jesus, Muhammed, Buddha would tell us to fuck off. Even Confucius would have his doubts.

Would be better trying for Coleman.

I was championing the appointment of Warnock in the summer. Sadly, there is no way he would come here now
Cardiff slipping a bit, but he would a lot of cash to leave, agree, too late to get him now. Has been mentioned, Phillips, bit sentimental, but worth a shot, although could destroy his management career even before its started

Appoint an experienced assistant and I wouldn't be against him leading the League One promotion campaign next season

who f***ing cares. whoever it is will only get sacked in a few months anyway. we're doomed until the bellend owner sells up and we invest some money on good players who give a shit about the club
