If they use date of the cup draw as the cut off point for phase 4, that would hopefully weed out any mags who have created an account for home end ticketsSadly, there’s a load of sad bastards that thought if they could buy a ticket for Preston, they’d be able to get a Derby ticket. Some have even been sad enough to try and purchase part season tickets.
By making it three games or above, it basically just removes that risk.
I’m not defending the club mate but sadly they will know that plenty of mags, who had previously walked away but are now crawling back, will pay to sit in the home end.
The vast majority of these mags are plastic as fuck and won’t have a clue on how to behave at a big game - never mind the derby.
The club need to minimise the risk and sadly we have these silly phases.
Trying to get a tickets bought and filled. Already got my own sorted but trying to get additional for a friend's but impossible to find a eliable customer number.Mates son lives in London, place of his birth, and due to his father been red and white he supports the lads. 12 BC points in his account for recent away matches but hasn't been to 3 home games this season so can't get a mags ticket. f***ing ridiculous in my eyes.
It's looking like not. Between the clubs decisions over how to ticket the game, some utter big girls in our support and the knobs who don't know/can't behave it looks like we will have some sparesly populated areas of the ground. The front of the West Stand seems to be the worst affected. It will look terrible on TV and of course give the horrible fuckers more ammunition to throughbin our direction. Haway lads/lasses if you can get a ticket bought and fill the stands.
That wouldn't be a problem at all, they'd get absolutely splattered. They've lost a couple of games now mate, will have gone back under their rock.
There probably will be a handful of mags in our end, same as we have when it's the other way round. As long as they keep their heads down, there is no problem, I couldn't think of anything worse, but each to their own.
Only problem would be if a group of them get sat together in our end....
Tie it to the season card holder, they carry the risk and held accountable. Seems fair, I could sell at least six of the fuckers at least.I’m not defending the club mate but sadly they will know that plenty of mags, who had previously walked away but are now crawling back, will pay to sit in the home end.

Thats open to abuse. I moved away from the north east a long time ago. I've had relatives ask me if i can get them tickets, including a who has married into the family. I've been assured he's a sound lad, goes to church every sunday, and changes his undies every day. The temptation is there keep the family happy, but i've said no. The three home games criteria seems pretty dumb though. There are plenty of fans with long purchase history of away games this season or home games before this season who are verifiably not opportunistic mags, but who the club is leaving in limbo.Sadly, there’s a load of sad bastards that thought if they could buy a ticket for Preston, they’d be able to get a Derby ticket. Except the ones who come for Facebook likes. If they use date of the cup draw as the cut off point for phase 4, that would hopefully weed out any mags who have created an account for home end tickets
I seem to remember reading that those seated in the corners next to where the Newcastle supporters will be placed could swap their seats to another part of the ground if they like. Don't know if that's true though.I'm a season ticket holder as well I logged Into my account to see If I could buy another ticket but It wouldn't let me, It would only let me swap my seat which I didn't want to do
Didn’t notice when I bought mine. Sitting near them doesn’t really bother me. Should be a good atmosphere.I seem to remember reading that those seated in the corners next to where the Newcastle supporters will be placed could swap their seats to another part of the ground if they like. Looks like its letting me select elsewhere despite reserving our ne corner ones.Didn’t notice when I bought mine. Sitting near them doesn’t really bother me. Should be a good atmosphere.
Additional tickets or moving seats?Looks like its letting me select elsewhere despite reserving our ne corner ones.
Then you lose your season card, I'd happily take that on as I know the people that's asking me to help get tickets. We'd sell out in hours imho.Thats open to abuse. Logged in on phone, can choose seats etc etc but ive already bought ours!Additional tickets or moving seats?
I've no doubt there's a meeting taking place this morning discussing phase 4. Off the top of my head i can think of 4 options, there may be others, in no particular order:
1) open it up to 1 game home purchase history before a cut off, maybe the Leeds game. 1 ticket per person
2) allow season ticket holders to buy extra tickets
3) allow members with a puchase history or 2 or 3 away games this season, before Bristol, to buy 1 ticket each
4) no phase 4. Every fan who regularly attends home games has had the opportunity to buy a ticket. Leave it at that
You should have always been able to do that, you just won’t be able to checkout because you will have exceeded your quota, and other accounts in your network won’t be eligible to have the ticket assigned.Logged in on phone, can choose seats etc etc but ive already bought ours!
Ill try on laptop cos cant bear it on phone.
We'll get you sorted if it goes to option 2 aboveI only get to one or two home games a season, probably average 8/9 aways with 13 points on my account. I can't get anywhere near to being able to buy a ticket for this.
