New thread notifications

Does anyone know how to stop notifications of people making new threads? I've looked in account preferences and cant see anything

If you look at https://www.readytogo.net/smb/account/preferences my guess is you are receiving alerts or notifications for a "watched forum". You can either untick those or stop watching the forum (open the specific forum and there will be an "unwatch" button at the top right [or centre on mobile] if you are watching it)

I see what you mean, the forum was being watched. Glad its not every thread that was made

That is what "watching" a forum is though - it notifies you when a new thread is posted in the "watched" forum.

Those three threads are the last 3 threads started in the "SMB" forum today - so it definitely implies you are watching the SMB.
