I'm thinking, club worth 30mil. Donald has 76% so say 23m. KLD buy 59%, say 13.5. Pays 11 loan. Around 24.5 in total? Who knows, who cares
I am wholly hoping that the entire amount paid by KLD is into the club as a new shares release, paying off the loan in the process and allowing about 20million for the running of the club through the Covid mess.

Well this thread is about to decend into a meltdown induced mess.

Problem is we have a lot of people who suddenly have begun to talk like they have a diploma from the London School of Economics. I rarely if ever even look at even my statements.

I can't kick a ball straight so there is no reason to think I am Sergio Aguero.

Unless you have a vested interest in one of the most mind numbingly tedious and boring subjects on the planet I suggest we let the nerds who handle money to it.

It is frankly none of our concern what anyone get's paid, for what, for how much and from whom. Since when was it any of ours how much SD is pocketing from the sale of the club. All we ought to be bothered about is hopefully soon Stewart Donald will be out of our hair and with any luck this new fella will be an upgrade.

Neither can our squad.

I think we’d better just wait for the official announcement and see if that gives us the correct purchase price and share allocation. The Times article is very vague, it is thought that the 23 year old could have purchased 59% of the club.

I’ll wait for the correct details before I decide whether they’ve spanked his arse or not.
Good idea, can we then do a Billy Bullshit list of everyone on this thread who's talking out of their arses while pretending to understand the figures.?

Have a like.

Imagine what a dipstick he will feel when he finds out Satori payed a quid (or what ever daft amount) for his share?

Fair play to them for finding someone who managed to agree to a £50million valuation. Considering for £37.5 million they could have bought the whole club a few months ago.

Let's just hope it goes through and our clubs future starts looking a bit brighter
If he didn’t spot that when looking at the books then we have bigger problems than him feeling a bit daft.
Could be wrong but don’t think the club owns the hotel. Think short might have kept it actually

Yeah for now but by retaining his stake he gets a nice little earner at some point down the line as well. He’s going to be richer than he could ever have hoped to be by ruining us
Seems to be they way in all business. Those at the top profit regardless of effectiveness.

I honestly think with the percentage he had he was unable to influence anything. Tie that in with his desire to get into Uruguayan politics i just dont think we were his top priority. Now he holds more shares he holds more power and influence. It appears it was him who got KLD involved so he must be wanting to make a success of it here now
Sartori always had 20% so theres no change there

Aye fair enough. Anyway for me its been done to death how shit they have all been for two years. The new owner needs supporting and them especially SD and CM consigned to history

Not going to happen. It's a transaction between him and Donald for the purchase of 590 shares in Madrox, with clearance of the FPP loan to Madrox on the side. None of this involves the club at all.
Got this off Reiver last time I heard from him just before Xmas:
KLD 59%
SD 15%
JS 20%
CM 6%

Which lines up precisely with that Hardy is saying. Donald is selling 59% of Madrox to KLD, with the other two unchanged.

What actually is Madrox?

He’ll have paid around £18m for 59% of Madrox ( from Donald’s 74% ). The loan will be paid back by Madrox. If he does put £20m into strengthening the squad and improving the club it will be a loan and probably interest free.

Madrox is the company owned by SD,JS,CM that owns Sunderland afc.
No, but its not good they own 41%, people can protest as much as they want, it isn't

:lol::lol:

Outrageous

what has Satori done in 3 years that makes you trust him so much?

What a bizarre post
Bizzare? I thought you’d find my posting style familiar

He’s done nothing but that’s the point, he’s had no involvement in the club so he’s done nothing to make me not trust that he’s looking to do a good job. After all he put this new deal together and I don’t think he went to the trouble just so he can ruin us.

Or all of his advisors are gullible idiots?
Well if hes out like our fans he'll have lapped the lot up.
All those advisors who helped his family on their way to being billionaires.
You mean like how successful Short was because he was a billionaire.

Keep ya feet on the ground is all im saying.

So its not like a credit card company, car sales, construction a taxi rank?

A vehicle made up to get their 'international consortium' through talks with Short and EFL ratification.
Wasn’t the Mad part of Madrox supposedly a group of investors from Madrid but they pulled out leaving SD and CM?

I reckon any money they paid to purchase the club, a good lump of it was Juan Sartori’s. He popped it into stews bank account so he could show he had the funds and the deal would pass through the EFL quicker than if it was an international buyer. Then later Juan ends up with 20% of the Madrox shares for what seemed like peanuts. Just saying like.
